One more plus for getting a good sleep is you will be more pleasant to be around. It is not uncommon for us to become easily irritated and grumpy when we are tired. Music and Reading Material: If you are into music take some time to make sure you have your favorite tunes lined up on your playlist. When you are cruising down the road you want to make sure you can queue up your favorite songs to sing along to. If you are a reader, make sure you have the reading material you want. Make sure to download the latest book you have been longing to listen to, or head to the library to grab that book or the latest magazines you enjoy to catch up on while you are away.
